There is no cancellation of orders placed under the “Same Day Delivery”. Customer can open the box in front of the delivery boy and check the product however in case of No cost EMI customer has to swipe first and then can open the product. In case if you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectation, you must bring it to the notice of Visque Infotech Private Ltd Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Mebhi Customer Service Team will take appropriate action after looking into your complaint.

Replacement Policy

Since the product normally gets verified and delivered by the Mebhi Partner quality and logistic team 99.99 % of the product will be in new condition and genuine products.

Condition Apply:

  • If there is a manufacturing defect customer have to visit authorized Customer Support centers, as it is under manufacturing warranty till one year.
  • If there is physical damage while delivering the product, the product will be replaced by Mebhi’s Partner within 24 Hrs. of the delivery prior intimation to our customer care department with pictures and proper evidence. What can I return or exchange and when?

If you change your mind on an item, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please see returns policy here for further details and return conditions. 

Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed in the policy. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.

Online exchange  You can exchange your item for one of a different size or colour by sending it back and  requesting an exchange. There will, however, be extra shipping and handling fees. If the item you’re exchanging it for is of a higher value, you will also be charged the difference.
